Services

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

1 Session Per Week - $60
2 Sessions Per Week - $55
3+ Sessions Per Week - $50

If you would like for me to travel to you to train, the fixed price is $60 per session.


Virtual Training (Zoom, FaceTime, Skype)
$40 per hour

*Includes my Lifestyle & Vitality program.

2 People - $30 each

3 People - $20 each 

$50 Per Week (Custom Programming)

Step 1: Contact me to fill out the client information questionnaire. Answer each question thoroughly.

Step 2: I will then create your personal portfolio, which will include all of your workouts, your meals & macros as well as your progression tracker to make sure you are getting closer to your goals. Your portfolio is personally created for you to achieve your goals while accommodating to your fitness level and experience.

Step 3: After finishing your portfolio, I will send you an invoice through PayPal where you can make the full or partial payment. (Minimum $50).

Step 4: Once the payment has processed through, I will then send you an email with your full portfolio.

LIFESTYLE & VITALITY PROGRAM

 This 60 page manual includes science and experience based information regarding health and vitality within all areas of life. This manual not only provides you with nutrition and workout programs but as well as the best natural remedies and treatments to heal yourself from many diseases and illnesses.

ABOUT ME

RYAN KEY

Since I struggled with obesity throughout my childhood, I am able to relate and console with clients of different fitness levels. My knowledge and experience allows me to transform the mindset and lifestyle of any individual. I have worked with a wide range of clients: athletes, bodybuilders, models, pregnant women, seniors, individuals with certain health conditions (multiple sclerosis, obesity, multiple dystrophy, asthma, surgery rehabilitation), and the average individual. Over the past ten years, I worked with the best and trained with the best including former Baltimore Orioles Strength and Conditioning Coach Jay Shiner, RCBL's co-owner and founder Lou Izzo, the 2014 Miss New York Teen, World Series champion Jonah Heim, NBA Finals champion Thomas Bryant as well as other trained professionals. I started my business about 8 years ago in 2012 and during that time, I have trained thousands of clients and have hundreds of successful testimonials. I am a 2017 and 2018 Top Pro Personal Trainer from Thumbtack, Inc. Furthermore, I was recruited on a full scholarship for college baseball at the Division II level. Additionally I have a Bachelors of Arts Degree from St. John Fisher College.  I was previously the head personal trainer at Anytime Fitness and now  I work with clients at my training facility at, 2011 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609. As a former collegiate athlete and competitive powerlifter, I specialize not only in strength training, weight loss training and HiiT (high intensity interval training) but as well as sport specific training (baseball, hockey, basketball, etc.)

It's safe to say I haven't worked out but in a while but getting back into a healthy lifestyle has been a very easy transition thanks to Ryan. Although I was apprehensive about beginning a new workout regimen, his sessions thus far have made me feel motivated to achieve the goals I have set for myself.
